A high-quality strong elastomeric water-based rubber patching compound for waterproofing and maintaining mobile homes, RVs, metal barns, silos, and rusty metal roofs. It dries rapidly to form a highly elastic longer lasting rubber membrane, resists cracking and peeling, and withstands extreme weather conditions. Tintable white. Covers 12.5 sq. ft. per gallon at 1/8" thickness depending on surface texture and porosity.
