OSI Butyl Flash is rubberized butyl backed, self-adhering, 15 mil membrane. Foil back exterior allows the flashing to be exposed to ultra violet rays for at least 12 years. Efficient, easy to use, and provides moisture and air infiltration protection around windows. Can also be used to seal doors and similar gaps and openings. Ideal for horizontal and vertical applications and will adhere to most common building substrates including vinyl, wood, and concrete. Features self-healing Butyl technology, easy removal, and application range of 30 deg (degrees) (Fahrenheit) to 180 deg F. For use with OSI QUAD Window Door System as well as other above grade wall flashing applications.
