Dare Aluminum Wire Strainer/Tightener

Aluminum cog, zinc plated wire strainer/tightener. Tighten with 9/16-inch open end wrench or #1701 handle. Install in fence line to periodically renew tension. Features a heavy cast cog with spring loaded latch. No raw uncoated steel edges.
